Vivien Lebecq is a true Gascon like d'Artagnan! He started cooking in a restaurant's kitchen at the age of 16. He then got diploma of famous culinary school in the South-west of France in Armagnac region and in Toulouse. But it was only the beginning. His passion is winemaking and wine-pairing, he got education in a High school of wine and beverages and became a finalist of the 'Best young sommelier of the South-west of France' competition.
Vivien was working in various restaurants in France, Spain and Russia, including a 1-star Michelin 'A la belle Gasconne'. Being very excited about pastry and desserts he later became a pastry-chef in this restaurant
Then he was working as a chef-écaillé in seafood restaurant on the western coat of France. The important moments in Vivien's career were those jobs in a restaurant in 5-star Palace Hotel Meurice in Paris, in haute-cuisine restaurant in Chamonix in Alpes, in Leman fine dining place, in Arcady Novikov's restaurant in Moscow
Imagine what an extensive experience Vivien has gained?! He is ready to share it with everyone who is in love with cooking. He was also a brand chef in cooking school Ragout in Moscow. Students considered it a luck to get to chef's course

Online cooking sessions
Chef Vivien invites you to the regular 1h masterclasses. Session is held in Zoom platform. All participants cook together with the chef. You need to prepare all ingredients and required utensils by the beginning. You ask questions directly during the cooking session and you get a detailed recipe afterwards.
SCHEDULE
Birthday and teambuilding during quarantine
All friends or colleagues get together in Zoom being on their own kitchens, cook together an interesting dish under chef guidance, ask questions, toast, have fun and learn to serve it haute cuisine level. Then enjoy their masterpiece as if around the same table

Special event is coming? Chef Vivien has an extensive experience in catering. Chef à domicile / chef on your kitchen service is getting more and more requested and many clients invite Vivien to cook on their special occasions. Chef lives in France for the moment, so this service is easily available in Paris, Normandy and suburbs. He also travels to Moscow quite often, so can organize some events in Russia. We can provide clients' recommendations of weddings and birthday parties
